Product Manager

Are you interested in contributing to the innovation and product development at the world’s leading credit risk solutions company? As a product manager, you will drive the features and product priorities for Moody’s Analytics Portfolio and Valuation product lines. As a member of the product team, you will interact with the Research, Development, and Program Management teams to implement the product features. You will work with clients and internal client-facing organizations, such as Sales, Professional Services, and Client Support teams to deliver, support, and improve our products in the market place.

Responsibilities:
- Together with the product team, prioritize product features and develop product strategy
- Work with the business analysts within the team to create use cases and functional requirements
- Interact with Research, Development, Program Management to plan releases in support of the product roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate with Research and Technical Communications teams to develop product documentation, including model documentation, user guides, FAQs, and release notes

- Roll out product releases, including training the sales team on new features and product pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Design presentations on the products for the Sales team to use with clients
- Contribute to the RFPs (Request for Proposals) process
- Collaborate with the Advisory Services team to establish solutions comprised of products and services Plan user groups
- Respond to customer product issues escalated by the Client Support, Sales, and Professional Services teams
- Present the products and releases to clients and prospective clients, obtain feedback, and incorporate into product roadmap

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in financial services; credit risk software experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and influence decisions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented skills and ability to manage and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must take initiative, be energetic, and have a "get-it-done" attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Occasional travel
