Director Business Development
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for building new revenue producing relationships for Care.com. This newly created position is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial person interested in helping to build new revenue streams for a business. The position will report to Care.com's General Manager / EVP of Marketing.

Inside Sales Rep
The Inside Sales Representative will initially be focused on selling services to companies in child care, senior care and tutoring industries and will likely expand to other areas as Care.com's business continues to expand. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial person interested in helping to build new revenue streams for an expanding business.

Marketing Associate
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping drive Care.com's growth through online and offline marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who is passionate about marketing. Must thrive in a fast-paced, quantitative environment, pay great attention to detail, have a strong intellectual curiosity, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Product Manager
Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and overseeing the implementation of features and functionality of the Care.com website. The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing product requirements for an online, consumer service. In addition, the candidate must be able to effectively manage cross-functional teams of stakeholders from throughout the organization.

Development Manager
Responsible for managing a team of developers to design and implement a new platform in Java technology. The individual will manage the development schedule for the team to ensure completion and timely delivery of the product. Must be hands-on in Java/J2EE technology with experience in managing a team of developers.

Member Care Call Center Supervisor
Responsible for the daily management and leadership of the Member Care call center team. Develop, audit, and review service performance ensuring operational excellence. Must attract, select, and retain a cohesive team that will consistently meet service level agreements. This leader will also analyze individual and team performance on a regular basis and provide candid and timely developmental feedback; monitor training plans; and ensure training needs are met. This person will also collect, analyze, and report on operations information in support of process, systems and policy redesign.

Member Care Call Center Representative
Responsible for providing high quality service and support to the Care.com member community consisting of existing or potential care seekers and care providers. Communications with members primarily via the telephone is a core competency of this individual, though other forms of member interaction may be required, including email or live chat.
