HBS New Path Program

What You Can Expect
This week-long program is designed for high-powered professional women who are looking to reenter the workforce now or in the very near future; refresh competitive skills; or explore and define a new career direction.

Your Course of Study
The program includes cases and readings in accounting, finance, strategy, and career development, as well as exercises and workshops that focus on marketing, negotiations, and technology. Individuals work with coaches and teams to create customized, action-oriented plans that will result in new career decisions that bring both professional and personal fulfillment.

Who Is Right for the Program
Originally developed for alumnae of Harvard Business School, the program is now being offered to alumnae of Harvard University and other leading business schools.

Fee:    $5,000 ($3,500 for Harvard University and HBS alumnae)
