This event is intended to provide women with guidance and coaching on how to make a successful transition back into the workforce; help prepare a career strategy; bring them up to speed on changes in the industry while they were out; and facilitate networking opportunities with other women as well as with Goldman Sachs managers.  The agenda will include a career coaching workshop; an update on recent trends and developments in the world of investment banking; a panel discussion with women who have “on-ramped” through Goldman Sachs and want to share their experiences; and
