Where do Corporate leavers look for Nonpofit Jobs?

I'm the Founder of a nonprofit organization that works closely with both immigrant communities and corporate America to create lasting change in the workplace.

We have two leadership roles in SF and Chicago available. These jobs would be perfect for a woman with 10+ years of experience and a MA degree who wants a more entrepreneurial setting and a life rich in purpose. Because we are women-led, we are committed to creating flexibilty for women who believe in leading and excelling in both career and family.

I imagine many women like this read this website. Where do you look for your next opportunity? We are having a hard time finding these women, but I know they are out there! What websites do you read? Blogs? Job Boards? How do you find out about jobs that blend challenge with impact?
