Need Advice - Partner for part of my business?

Hi, Parts of my business are taking off and aren't allowing me to spend enough time and energy on another component. Instead of abandoning this area, all together, I am considering partnering with someone who can take on a large portion of the work (and also a fair share of the profit). Does anyone have any advice on how I should go about this? I would love input on: -how to find a person who would be a good match -how to structure an agreement - I have spent a lot of time (and some money) to set up the infrastructure...so how would work load and profits get divided? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michelle
