You may want to know, I have “off ramped”, “on ramped”, “part timed”, “flexed”  “contracted” and “started my own business”---I work with women who have done, or desire to do the same.  I began CPG & Associates—Coaching for Purpose and Growth 13 years ago after my 2nd child was born, and  also became at that time, an adjunct lecturer at Southern Methodist University (SMU) MBA program in the Business Leadership Center.  Prior to that I had a corporate background with the IBM Corporation.

Simply put, coaching closes the “GAP” between where you are now and where you want to be Think of “GAP” as an acronym for ~Growth and Purpose~.   If your desired goals are personal, professional or both, as you venture ahead in closing “GAPS”; you can be assured that each step of the way the result is growth and purpose toward achieving your desired goals.

Whether you are pursuing coaching professionally or personally my experience has been that my clients find their professional and personal endeavors are inextricably linked, each affecting the other.  Because of that, I combine 25 years professional experience with a variety of tools, models and techniques to help you tap into the who, what and how of your whole experiences to help you attract your desired goals.  May they be extraordinary!

~Background~
Cathy is active in her community and extensively involved in volunteering for numerous charitable organizations. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a B.B.A. and received an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. She trained at CoachU and is in the process of International Coaching Federation Professional Coach Certification. Cathy is an avid reader and cherishes time with her family at their home in Dallas.
