Sponsored by American Express, Dell, the Forte Foundation, and Goldman Sachs, this unique event will specifically target, pre-screen, and invite exceptional on-rampers – experienced professionals who have all of the following base-line criteria in common:
1) Not currently employed full-time and have taken an off-ramp for a life reason
2) Have a minimum of five years experience working in the financial services industry
3) Want to re-enter the workforce but haven’t discovered the best port of entry.

Approved attendees will also benefit from hearing from a number of exceptional presenters including keynote speaker, Dr. Sylvia Ann Hewlett, a well-respected economist and the founder of the Center for Work-Life Policy based in New York City.
For one on-ramper attendee, the grand-prize giveaway is a Dell XPS laptop and carrying case, provided by Dell Inc.!
All attendees will have the chance to purchase YourOnRamp's newly published book, Your Career OnRamp, a woman's guide to re-entering the workforce .

Your Question, Ilene’s Answer…
I just turned 40 and have been home with my three
children for the last 7 years. My youngest is now in
first grade and I am itching to get back to work. I
have always dreamed of starting a business, but now I
am wondering if my “dream” is a bit unrealistic at
this later phase of my life. Any thoughts?
