Home Business Startup

I am a full time career mum juggling a busy work schedule with two
young kids - a 2 year old boy and a six month old girl.

I love my job as a Executive Assistant in a big company but the demand for my time is high and a lot of the times overwhelming and I have
contemplated many times to stay home with my children and start a home based business.

My passion lies in baking.  I'm self taught (well, my mom was a big
influence) and I have for a while now, contemplated the idea of
starting a baking business from home (just to start).  I'm not sure
how to go about it and my husband feels with two kids it will be
hard...did anyone go through something similar and can share their
experience?
