How has the crisis in the financial markets affected you and your work-family balance? A national columnist for The Wall Street Journal is writing about how economic troubles force many families to defer dreams of a better work-life balance. Perhaps a mother (or father) who had been dreaming of cutting back to part-time hours to spend more time with the family loses that opportunity because a spouse is laid off. Or a breadwinner who¢s been saving to stay home with the kids for a while suddenly has to divert those savings to paying the mortgage. Or dreams of an extended family vacation are dashed. What dreams have you had to defer up in recent weeks? How has the Wall Street upheaval changed your life? And how has it altered the way your family manages time? Financial Crisis really affects the family and its' work balance. This could be one of the problem that one of my friend is encountering right now. Someone is telling them to a sell your home with or without real estate agents. Trying to sell a home on your own means you'll need a real estate lawyer to write the sale agreements, and it takes time to advertise it correctly. You may end up having to juggle the mortgage on your previous home and your new home at the same time – which will send you running for payday loans in no time. Agents have a wide network of resources to market your home, and trying to do that while working full time will be difficult. So if your trying to sell your house, it is better to have an agent.
